How your archive gets here
Every unfollower app asks for your Instagram password. We ask Instagram.
Every major platform has to give you a complete copy of your own data. That is your right under GDPR Article 20. You request it, the platform builds it, and you bring it here. We never log in as you, never scrape a profile and never run accounts of our own.

If the worst happens
Restore is honest about time.
Platforms limit how fast anything can be published. At Instagram’s rate, a 5,000 post archive takes about 50 days to put back. So a restore runs in the background, and the countdown you see always comes from the platform, never from a guess.

Every day we take a fingerprint of your archive and publish it somewhere we cannot edit. If a single file ever changed, even by us, the fingerprint would stop matching.
When someone copies your work, or claims you copied theirs, you download a receipt that shows what existed, and when.

Anyone can check a receipt with standard SHA-256 tools, without us. And nothing about getting your files back depends on it.

We cannot read your follower file. It is sealed with your key, which also means we cannot recover it for you.
